The castable is made of clay and high aluminum raw materials as aggregate and powder, plus binder. Mainly used for lining of various industrial furnaces and other thermal equipment and various chemical industry furnaces. The product has high fire resistance, good thermal shock and shake, and has a certain sulfate corrosion resistance function. Its operating temperature is generally 1350℃-1400℃. If you want to improve the operating temperature, alumina cement can be used and the particle grading can be adjusted. Commodities also have antibacterial acid, alkaline good function, and high strength, burning after no crack peeling phenomenon. Wide range of application, can be used according to the use of conditions to choose the material and binder. It can be directly poured into the lining, and can be made into prefabricated blocks by casting or seismic compaction method. It is suitable for high temperature area with small friction, such as boiler bottom air chamber, primary air duct, return riser (material leg), tail flue furnace wall, slag cooler, furnace door filling, etc. The low content of cement in the castable, i.e. the low content of calcium oxide, increases the refractory, high temperature strength and slag resistance of the product by adding the occurrence of low melt in the material.
The water consumption of castable mixing is only about half of that of ordinary castable, so the compactness of castable is improved and the porosity is reduced. After forming and curing, the cement hydrate generated is less. When heating and baking, there is no large amount of water particularly discharged and the medium-temperature strength is reduced, but with the decrease of temperature, the material is gradually sintered and the strength is increased from time to time.
When it is used, it is stirred by a forced mixer. When it is stirred, the stiffening agent in the small bag is evenly involved. After dry stirring for 1 minute, it is stirred with 4%-5% adhesive for 3 minutes.
