Low silicon and high calcium fused magnesia

      Magnesite fine ore powder and high purity light burning magnesium oxide powder are mixed and pressed, then put into the electric melting furnace to melt at high temperature above 2500℃. After picking and grading, various grades of low silicon and high calcium electric fused magnesite are obtained.

      The low silicon and high calcium fused magnesia produced by our company is not only low cost, but also high yield of high grade products. More importantly, the crystallization size of magnesium oxide is large. The average crystallization size of traditional fused magnesia is 400μm, and the average crystallization size of our products is 700μm。

      This product is an important raw material for making high-grade magnesia firebrick, magnesia carbon brick, alumina-magnesia carbon brick and high-grade magnesia amorphous refractory. It can also be used for the manufacture of household electrical components, industrial electric heater components and nuclear electric heater components, as the filling material for tubular electrical components。
